Operators, not spectators.

Frontier is built by people who have run and grown businesses across energy, construction and infrastructure, support services and hospitality, in mature and frontier markets alike. From Europe and North America to the Middle East and Africa, we lead teams, manage multi-country operations, and stay accountable for results. We bring that to every company we hold and every founder we back.
